Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. 

Welcome to Buds and Blooms. If you continue to use our website, you agree to act in accordance with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Amendment of terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check our terms periodically to ensure that you are up to date with any changes. If you choose to use our website, we will take it as evidence that you agree to our terms and conditions.


  1. All order received are subject to acceptance by Buds and Blooms and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event that your order is rejected, a full refund will be provided, via the payment method used to place the order. 

  2. To change an order, you must send an email to hello@budsandbloomsblr.com 

  3. In case your order is not available, we will either give you a full refund or you can choose to order another product for the same price. 

Pricing & Payments

  1. We accept Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and UPI.

  2. In case of customisations, advance payments shall be agreed individually in accordance with customer specifications.

Delivery of Goods

  1. All goods are delivered by reputable courier services.

  2. Deliveries will be processed once payment has been received.

  3. Delivery costs are applicable depending on your location.

  4. We take responsibility for any damage caused by our courier services. 

  5. Every effort is made to ensure that your deliveries reach to you on time, however circumstances beyond our control may result in delivery the next business day or cancellation. 

  6. To ensure smooth deliveries, proper address and contact information must be provided. 

  7. After completion of delivery, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from items that are stolen or damaged by other parties.

Order Change

  1. You can change your order 48 hours before the delivery date and time. 

  2. In case flowers haven’t been procured yet, we can make exceptions but it will be a case by case basis. 



  1. For cancellations, you need to send an email to budsandbloomsblr@gmail.com

  2. All cancellations made within 4 hours of placing an order will receive a full refund. 

  3. All cancellations made after 4 hours of placing an order will receive a partial refund (50%). 

  4. All cancellations made on the day of delivery will not receive any refund. 


  1. Returns are not possible since we are dealing with perishables. However, if you are not satisfied, we can provide you with a refund or replace your order with fresh flowers. 

  2. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your mode of payment, refunds could take an additional 3-5 days. In this case, please contact your bank for further details.
