Please read the Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Amendment of policy

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these policies at any time. Please check our terms periodically to ensure that you are up to date with any changes. If you choose to use our website, we will take it as evidence that you agree to our terms and conditions.

Shipping Date & Time

  1. If an order if placed before 7 PM, you are eligible for next 0-3 day delivery. 

  2. There are three time slots available. 

    1. 1 PM to 3 PM

    2. 3 PM to 5 PM

    3. 5 PM to 7 PM
  3. There is also an option of choosing specific delivery dates in advance. 

  4. Same day deliveries are subject to flower availability and urgency of the matter. 

Pricing & Payments

  1. We accept Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and UPI.

  2. In case of customization, advance payments shall be agreed individually in accordance with customer specifications.

Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping costs is based on the pincode.

  2. Different pin codes have different charges and this is calculated based on the distance. 

  3. All orders above 1500/- is eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Method

  1. All goods are delivered by reputable third party courier services.

  2. In rare cases where we are not able to complete the delivery (natural disasters, accidents, strikes, etc), we will attempt to deliver it at the earliest possible time with the best courier services seen fit. 

Customer Unavailability/Incomplete and/or Incorrect Address and Contact Info

  1. In case a customer is unavailable, we will try our best to ensure that delivery is done at the proper address. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers, a second delivery attempt will not be made. 

  2. In case an incomplete address is given, we will contact the customer. However, if the contact information is incorrect, the customer will be charged for the same regardless whether the delivery is made or not.
